Debby Ryan was born on May 13, 1993 in Huntsville, Alabama. She grew up in Alabama until the age of seven where she then moved to Germany and started started doing professional theater. Three years later, at age 10, she moved back to the United States. That's when Debby realized what she wanted to do which was to become an actress full-time. So she went to find an agent, and after she found one, she appeared in a Barney film called Barney: Let's Go to the Firehouse. After that, she started to do commercials and made a move called The Longshots as Edith. Then, her agent contacted Debby about a new Disney show. Instantly, Debby wanted to be in that show. She sent in her audition tape & a little later, she was accepted! She received the role of "Bailey Pickett" on The Suite Life On Deck. The show started filming in April of 2008 and premiered on September 26th, 2008. It became a hit on the Disney Channel and will continue to make new episodes.
