For the first lesson in my new weekly Krav Maga – Health – Fitness Tutorial series, I am teaching Debby Ryan and Alyson Stoner how to kick someone in the groin (fine, the balls… haha) in a self defense situation.

Sometimes referred to as the Krav Maga Handshake – This kick is extremely effective and can do a lot of damage to an attacker if done correctly. Whether you are trying to knock someone out, or just get enough of a response to buy you some time to run away.. this kick can be extremely effective!
